Processing Time
- Current processing time is 1-3 business days on ready to ship tumblers
- If a decal is requested the current processing time is 5-7 business days
- An order can be expidited at an additional cost of $10, send me a message on the home page if you need your order by a certain date.

Terms and Conditions
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following:
- You have 24 hours to make any changes and/or cancel your order. Changes and/ or cancellations are not accepted after the 24 hour window due to the customization of the items I make.
- Be as detailed and specific as possible with your personalization requests, feel free to send me a message if needed.
- Changes CAN NOT be made once you receive your order unless there was a company error. If this is the case, you have 24 hours to contact me. You will then ship your order back to me so I can correct it. You will be in charge of paying shipping to have your order shipped back to me. I will then correct your order and ship it back to you free of charge.
- Since all orders are handmade, there is no guarantee that particles of glitter will not end up on your order since it is nearly impossible to get rid of.
Geode Wine Tumbler
All tumbler designs are handmade so please:
-Handwash ONLY
-NOT dishwasher safe
-NOT microwave safe
-NOT freezer safe
-DO NOT expose to high heat levels (i.e oven, sunlight, leaving in the car, etc.)
*Unless requested otherwise, I customize all tumblers using Crystalac, not epoxy resin. Crystalac products take at least 30 days to fully cure. Please be extra careful with your tumbler!*
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made within 24 hours to receive a refund.
Returns/Refunds: All sales are final due to products being handmade and there will be no exchanges. A refund will only be generated in instances of company error.
